Lucci’s Bridals

July 10, 2009

Yesterday I took Lucci out for her bridal session. We went to the International Peace Gardens in SLC. I’m glad my other sister Tatty could come. She was a great assistant/stylist. Anyway, without further ado, here she is in all her cuteness:

I love this next picture where Lucci doesn’t know I’m taking the shot. She looks so happy and innocent.

In this last one you can see Lucci’s true personality…and Tatty in the background lugging all our stuff.

Also, in honor of my little sisters wedding I will run a summer sale. If you mention “Lucci” when you book your session/wedding you will receive a $50 print credit. This offer is good only for Summer 2009 and ends when school starts…so call today!

Who: Ashley
What: Bridal Session
When: February 2, 2008
Where: Memory Grove & Utah State Capitol

Ashley was stunning in her wedding dress! Her colors are pink and green and her dress has accents of hot pink, which I thought was really cool.

We started the day at Memory Grove Park in SLC and the weather was perfect. Even though Ashley was a bit cold she was a trooper and I think the pictures turned out fabulous!

We then ventured to the newly completed (remodeled) State Capitol. It was gorgeous inside and gave her pictures an air of formality.

She looks so innocent when she’s serious:

This one wasn’t posed. I just saw how great she looked and quickly took the shot. It turned out to be one of my favorites.

Becky’s Bridals!

April 23, 2007

Becky is one of my favorite brides of all times! She is super cute, and super fun! She kept telling me the whole time that she’s not photogenic (???) - its always the good-looking gals that say that. We started at Memory Grove park for some formal shots, then we went downtown for some different and fun shots. Here she is:
I love her dress! She bought it a few years ago, before she met Anthony, because the store was going out of business. Good Buy!

Happily Ever After!

April 4, 2007

Sorry for the brief hiatus from the:
but this one’s interesting!

Have you ever dreamt that you were Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine or Ariel. Well now you can dress like them on your wedding day! Disney has just announced a like of Princess Wedding Gown!

Here’s some more information:
“This June, Walt Disney Consumer Products will launch its first line of designer wedding gowns, a hint that the media and entertainment giant wants to play a bigger part in the lives of its consumers as they mature into adulthood. The “Fairy Tale Collection,” by Los Angeles bridal designer Kirstie Kelly, is priced moderately, between $1,100 and $3,000, and draws inspiration from the costumes of fictional characters Cinderella, Snow White, Belle, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel, and Jasmine. By October, matching bridesmaid and flower-girl outfits will be added to the line. Sorry guys: No mention yet of Prince Charming tuxedos.”

{see the whole article here.}

Here’s a rough sketch of the Cinderella Dress:
If its going to look anything like this dress on Scarlett Johansson, I think its worth a look.
P.S. I’m interested in doing a night-time bridal session (similar to the image above). If any of you brides are interested, give me a call {801.391.4812} or email me {jlund@images-photo.net}.

Kara’s Bridals!

February 15, 2007

If you read our February Newsletter (sign up for newsletters here) you read that Kara won our free Engagement/Bridal Session at the Bridal Faire. Today, we got to meet up at the Gateway for a “downtown” shoot. Here are some of my favorites…
It was so cold out! But Kara braved it, in a really cute cape.

You can order prints and check out her slideshow.

Enjoy!

Thanks, Brides!

January 21, 2007

Thanks for stopping by!!

Yesterday I was able to spend the entire day talking to brides about wedding photography…my favorite subject! Here’s our “little” booth.

Even though it was a small booth, I think I was able to show a good sampling of what Images Photography can do. We had a drawing for a free engagement or bridal session…I’ll announce our winner tomorrow!

Here’s what my brochures looked like: Many brides liked that my packages included everything! All packages include:

  • complimentary engagement session
  • complimentary bridal session
  • time on the wedding day
  • 4×6 first edition proof prints
  • DVD containing digital negatives
  • print credits
  • album credits
  • at least one framed (or canvas) print

Even though I spoke to over 100 brides…many of you had the same date. The most popular dates are May 5th and July 7th, both of which I am still available for. However I do have weddings book as far as July so I suggest if you are intereste to book soon!
