Nicholette and I exchanged family pictures this last week…I shoot her and she shoots me. It was so great. Her kids were so well behaved and knew just what to do. Here’s my favorite:

Fall is upon us! Can you believe it? Which means, it’s time for holiday sessions! This year we are offering two options, urban and fall foliage. So come meet me for a fun little mini session to celebrate love, family and happiness. All in the spirit of Christmas.
INCLUDES
A 30 minute session of your kids or family, an online gallery, and EVERY image in your gallery on CD with permission to print (5-10 images), and a pack of 25 – 5×7 Christmas cards. That’s right…I’m making it easy this year and I’m doing your shopping for you!
Price?
$425 plus tax for up to 2 children. $25 more for each additional child.
If you want a quick family session it will last 45 minutes and will cost $500 plus tax.

I love the Griffiths Family! Troy and I hooked them up…and now they’re married with a super cute and happy baby! Here they are:

I think FAMILY is one of the most important things. Its the basis of any good society/community. As Troy and I have been preparing our home (more like demolishing) and looking towards the future, I can see how important family is and will be to us…and how important it will be to be united, and happy to hang out together, to get along (at least most of the time) and be able to rely on each other. I feel like we have that with our own families (our respective in-laws) and its so great!
Well, enough about me — the Howell’s are such a great family…even the kids get along! Okay, so I don’t have kids, and I’ll be honest - sometimes other peoples’ kids annoy me…but not these kids! They are all so great with such different personalities, yet they can all carry on a conversation with an adult.
So anyway, we went out to get some updated family pictures, and I’m so glad we went today. We probably won’t have nice weather for much longer. So without further ado, here they are:
Since its the start of our fabulous fall weather, I thought I’d take this time to show the difference between an original (straight-out-of-camera) image and a final product. Notice that it has been color corected and enhanced. I think this would make a fabulous canvas print above a fireplace…

Okay, so I’ll admit, this was a bit of an experiment…coordinated jumping is much harder than I expected. But I think i’m ready for next time. Even still, I love this series of shots!
I find it so interesting that each child has their own unique personality and look, but its so obvious that they are family…

What a fun group of people! I just love these guys! They are so relaxed and fun to be around…and their kids are so darn cute. Here are some of my favorites:
