The images from your session are copyrighted and unless you purchase the digital image files (either through the images {collection} or individually), prints and products are available only through images photography. All images are copyrighted by photographer, Jules Lund. It is illegal and unlawful to scan, copy, or reproduce Jules Lund’s work in any manner or medium and punishable by law with fines starting at $150,000. As an artist, Jules Lund wishes to have complete control over the final look of her client’s images, and scanned images damage her reputation as a photographer by distorting and devaluing the image quality.

Thank you for respecting Jules Lund’s work and livelihood by choosing not to reproduce her images.

Below is a copy of a release you will be asked to sign prior to your session. The release permits the use of the session images in my portfolio, including use on future promotional material (either printed or electronic) and on the images photography website.

Your online gallery will be available for seven days and your print/product order should be placed at the end of the seven day period. Your gallery can be reopened (and prints/products ordered) for an additional three days for $25.

Additional orders may incur additional shipping charges.

Please only bring the people that will be photographed to the session. Also, please do not bring your own camera, camcorder, or recording device to the session.

Please have your children dressed and ready to go for their session. This includes hair combing and having their faces clean. Children are more likely to become grouchy if they are fussed with too much before the session.

Your final print order will be delivered approximately 2-3 weeks after your previewing session. Canvases and painted portraits may take up to 4-6 weeks.

Handle your portraits with extreme care. Damage incurred as a result of improper handling, framing or hanging is the responsibility of the client.

The non-refundable session fee is due within five days after booking your appointment. This guarantees the time and date allotted for you. Should payment not be received in this time frame, images photography reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client.

Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales are final - all prints and products that are purchased are not returnable.

Three pre-made card designs will be shown to you. You may make up to three small revisions, any additional revisions will be charged at $50 per hour. For collages, if you’d like revisions after a collage or storyboard has been shown to you, you must first pay a non-refundable retainer on the purchase of a collage. No further revisions will be made without such retainer.

Any retouching beyond the basic retouching we automatically do on ordered prints (small facial scars, blemishes, eye circles) will be charged a fee of $50 per hour. This includes braces, removal of logos/words on shirts, etc.

Oftentimes images photography will show an image in both black and white, and color. When purchasing the session album, you will not receive both versions of an image; rather Jules Lund will include whichever version is artistically more appealing.

Re-shoots are at the discretion of the photographer, and are not given for regretful personal choices such as hair and clothing choices.

If your child is feeling ill, please call to reschedule. Jules Lund understands that sometimes, this happens. If you must cancel, please try to do so at least 48 hours before your session.

There is a travel fee of at least $40 for locations outside of Davis/Weber Counties. Please call for a travel fee quote.

Images Photography accepts cash and checks; VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

Checks returned by the bank, for any reason, will be charged a $25.00 service charge and all orders will be cancelled if they are not paid in full within three days of notification.

Images Photography reserves the right to use the negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication, or other purposes. Negatives and originals remain the property of Images Photography.

All ordered images will be kept on file for one year after your initial order. All images that are not ordered will be kept on file for one month only. You are welcome to place a re-print order from the images you originally purchased. There is a $100 minimum on re-prints.
