Proofs

Your proofs are hosted in your own personal gallery, which includes a shopping cart function to simplify the ordering process. The proofs from your session will be posted in this online gallery for seven days. Please do not copy these images.

Orders can be placed via your shopping cart, via email (info@images-photo.net) or telephone (801.391.4812).

Please feel free to distribute the link to your gallery to anyone else who may be interested in ordering prints (i.e. out-of-town family, etc.).

Your online gallery will be available for seven days. Your gallery can be rehosted for another three day period for $25.

All digital files (including session digital negatives) will be archived for one month after your session.

All prints are textured and are finished with a lustre coating. Prints 11×14 and larger are mounted for stability. Mounting on foamcore or masonite is available at an additional charge.

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible and you can expect your order to be delivered within two weeks of ordering, possibly sooner.

Some custom products (gallery-wrapped canvas) may take up to four weeks for delivery.

Submitting multiple orders at different times will result in additional shipping charges.

Payment for prints and products is due at the time of ordering.

The prints you recieve may vary slightly from the online proof gallery depending on the size of the print you order.

The proof gallery images are published as 4×6s and although an enlargement is bigger than a 4×6, the aspect ratio is different. This means that the 8×10 is actually shorter and wider than the 4×6, so the picture will need to be cropped to fit both the width and the height.

If you have concerns about cropping, please mention it and we can discuss them prior to placing your order.

All images taken during your session are recorded in color and can be converted during the digital finishing process. Your online proof gallery will include both color and black and white conversions.

These Additional image conversions are available for $5 per conversion, per image. The converted image can then be purchased as an a la carte print or as part of a session product.

Your entire session can be converted, with a third online gallery, for $75 per conversion type.
